Energoprojekt SLOVAKIA Inc. was formed on October 21, 1994 as a subsidiary of the joint-stock company of Energoprojekt Praha with a 100% stake of its founder.

The Company is registered in the Register of Companies of the District Court Bratislava I, Section Sa, Insert No. 726/B.

Energoprojekt Slovakia Inc. continues with its business activities the experience of its founder and the expertise of its staff who were the employees of the former enterprise of Energoprojekt.

The principal object of business activities is the preparation of design documentation for all types of power engineering investment complexes.

The Company's priority activity was the participation in the completion of the Mochovce Nuclear Power Plant.

Energoprojekt Slovakia lnc. participated to a large extent in the upgrade of municipal power engineering by designing and putting into practice the production of heat and electricity in cogeneration plants with specific attention to the economics of energy being produced and enveronmetal impacts of the project.
